Gaultheria Procumbens also known as Wintergreen have a dainty white/pink, bell-shaped flowers that turns into big, red, shiny, edible berries by fall. If crushed the berries release a minty fragrance when that smells just like winterfresh flavored gum!
These plants do very well as indoor plants and can also be planted outdoors in the spring.
They will tolerate sun, part shade and shade but do best in bright light.
They prefer to stay on the moist side, so a soak every week will be a good schedule.
